These will allow you to keep the teeth strong and prevent any damage from occurring. The following are some of the foods that you should eat for the best oral health.

Dairy Foods

Eating foods high in calcium can be great for your teeth. This is because they help to strengthen your teeth while also making the enamel whiter and healthier. Some of the foods that would fit into this category include dark leafy greens such as kale, and dairy products such as yogurt, cheese, and milk.

Fruits and Vegetables?

Not only do fruits and vegetables give your body the nutrients that it needs to stay strong, they can also help to keep your teeth looking great. Some fruits that you can eat include oranges (in moderation) apples, and strawberries. These fruits are great because they can help to strengthen the gums and teeth while also providing a natural whitening agent. Some vegetables that you can include are onions, broccoli, carrots, and celery. These will help to keep the teeth white as well as clean out the extra food particles that may be left behind.

Drink Plenty of Water

Water is also an essential part of your oral health care routine. It not only helps to keep you hydrated, but also washes away any food and acidity that remains in your mouth after eating. You should make it a habit to drink water with every food you consume as well as after consuming any type of drink that is dark in color, such as soda or coffee, in order to eliminate the risk of tooth discoloration, enamel erosion and tooth decay.
