Office protocols
We’ve made a few changes to how we run our office to further maximize your safety. These include:
- Measuring the temperature of all patients and team members before coming into the office
- Providing masks and hand sanitizer for patients
- Installing a protective barrier at our front desk
- Scheduling appointments to allow for social distancing between patients
Screening questions
For the health and safety of our patients and staff, everyone entering our office is required to answer the ADA’s pre-appointment screening questions. You’ll also answer these questions over the phone prior to visiting our office for your visit.
- Do you have a fever or have you felt hot or feverish recently (14-21 days)?
- Are you having shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing?
- Do you have a cough?
- Any other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache, or fatigue?
- Have you experienced a recent loss of taste or smell?
- Are you in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients?
- Is your age over 60?
- Do you have heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or any auto-immune disorders?
- Have you traveled in the past 14 days to any regions affected by COVID-19? (as relevant to your location)
If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, we’ll talk more with you to determine if proceeding with treatment is right for you. In some cases, our office may require you to reschedule your appointment.
